Join our Team: Become our next Director of Program & Partnership

The Director of Program & Partnership fuels Grid110's growth through business development, corporate partnerships, and program innovation. This role builds sustainable revenue streams, cultivates strategic partnerships, and develops programs that attract investment while serving the founder community, serving as the bridge between mission and resources needed to scale.

  • Business Development & Fundraising

    • Own annual fundraising targets through corporate partnerships, foundations, and impact investors

    • Identify, cultivate, and close corporate partnerships across tech, finance, consumer goods, and impact sectors

    • Build robust pipeline of corporate partners; negotiate multi-year partnership agreements

    • Create tiered partnership models that generate recurring revenue

    • Serve as primary relationship manager for corporate partners; implement retention and growth strategies

    Strategic Partnership Management

    • Collaborate with Executive Director on major gift cultivation and board fundraising activation

    • Develop partnership proposals and value propositions aligned with corporate goals and Grid110 mission

    • Track partnership pipeline, agreements, deliverables, and renewal dates

    • Report on revenue metrics, conversion rates, and partnership ROI

    • Ensure partner satisfaction through regular communication and impact reporting

    Program Development & Innovation

    • Identify market opportunities and founder needs addressable through new programming

    • Design partnership-driven programs (corporate-sponsored cohorts, industry accelerators, wellness initiatives)

    • Partner with Program Manager to integrate new initiatives while ensuring quality standards

    • Develop program concepts that are mission-aligned and attractive to corporate funders

    • Measure and report program outcomes to funders and stakeholders

    Alumni Relations & Impact

    • Lead alumni engagement strategy and oversee impact reporting processes

    • Build and maintain CRM database to track alumni milestones, outcomes, and engagement

    • Cultivate relationships with partners and perks providers to support founder community

    • Create opportunities for alumni continued growth, support, and community connection

    Ecosystem Building & Relations

    • Build relationships with corporate executives, VCs, founders, and business leaders

    • Create engagement pathways for ecosystem partners (mentorship, speaking, advising, investing)

    • Position Grid110 as connector within entrepreneurship ecosystem

    • Identify and cultivate partnerships for national expansion (Buffalo, Tulsa, Austin, Atlanta, DC)

    • Represent GRID110 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

    Systems & Operations

    • Create and maintain partnership tracking systems and reporting templates

    • Develop standardized processes for proposals, contracting, onboarding, and stewardship

    • Collaborate with VP of Operations on partnership operations and funder reporting

    • Build impact dashboards demonstrating value to partners

    • Contribute to organizational strategic planning and goal-setting goes here

    • Business development and corporate partnership expertise

    • Fundraising and revenue generation track record

    • Strategic relationship building and cultivation

    • Program design and innovation thinking

    • Negotiation and deal structuring skills

    • Data-driven approach to partnership management

  • Contract-to-Hire Director of Program & Partnership Development

    Contract Details:

    • Duration: 3 months (February - April 2026) with strong potential for full-time conversion

    • Compensation: $7,000/month base 

    • Full-Time Conversion: $80,000-$95,000 annual salary + benefits (if mutual fit)

    • Location: Remote, Los-Angeles based, with monthly in-person meetings and quarterly events
