Our Mission
Our mission is to foster the most thriving, inviting & inclusive community for entrepreneurs. We believe that anyone with the goal of becoming an entrepreneur should have the chance to pursue it and receive support along the way. Our work impacts individuals who are often overlooked by traditional startup ecosystems -- that’s what drives us to make the entrepreneurial path more equitable, inclusive and accessible.

Grid110 is an economic and community development non-profit dedicated to creating clear pathways to success for early-stage entrepreneurs. Through our cohort-based accelerator programs, we provide founders with a growing community of fellow entrepreneurs, expert mentorship, and critical resources.
A Decade of Impact
Over the past 10 years and 31 cohorts, Grid110 has supported 567 founders across 407 companies (68% women founders, 80% founders of color, 13% LGBTQIA+ founders) spanning 40+ industries, along with thousands of entrepreneurs through free events and workshops. The Grid110 Difference
Our programs are unlike most other cohort-based incubators and accelerators. Grid110 does not take equity in exchange for participation in our programs, nor is there a fee that companies have to pay. Due to the fact that we don’t take equity or invest financially in the companies that participate, we have more flexibility with regards to the business models, products, and industries of the companies that we invite to join our programs. Above all else, our dedication is always to the founders. We pride ourselves in our ability to bring remarkable people with great ideas together and to support our founders in every way we possibly can.
