The Residency Program is a 3-month program to support early-stage teams (1-5) with defining/refining their milestones and addressing specific needs through weekly roundtables, 1:1 mentoring, and skills development sessions. The program allows you to focus on your day-to-day business operations, while layering in critical support where needed.
The program is for founders who are focused on growth. For us, the benchmarks of growth include:
Team working full-time on their venture
Companies that have moved past the prototype-stage of their venture
Companies that have currently have a functional MVP or are in the post-product/service launch phase of their venture
Companies that have gained traction/validation in terms of revenue, users, and/or funding.
Weekly group sessions and 1:1 mentoring.
Assess specific needs and create custom milestones.
Support with customer acquisition/growth, financial modeling, business plans, hiring and pitching.
Join a powerful community of founders who have successfully raised capital and/or grown their businesses (and teams) right here in Los Angeles.
